need help

i am having problems with my internet conexion it opens adds pages and it keeps desconecting me i think is a virus but i cant check it because my antivirus license is over please help :/

Unplug your computer and then plug it in again. Ok now go into the section that say's "your here" and when your there add then select a the button that say's "bios must re-boot" then turn your computer off again. Ok now you need to get into the anti-virus section, did you know that every computer comes with a hidden free copy? and you just need to delete some blocking software to get to it. Open the box for your Cpu and feel around until you feel something loose and pull it and then when you get that far I will tell you what to do next. :)
