mburbank Wow. Did you cry publicly at any point? I totally would have cried publicly.

On the other hand, you learned a valuable lesson;

2) Don't ever leave Burbank again.

I coud have told you that. Sure, you're leaving was spiritual, but leave me you did. And Karma got you.

And then Sam said "Supermax" in his post.

I swear, today is a great day to the self focused emotional/social toddler I am, because it's all about me.

Thanks, guys!

sspadowsky When I went to California on vacation a couple of years ago, I drove. Some people thought I was nuts. Stories like this were my reasons for doing so.

I get homicidal suffering through air travel on a good day. Had your story happened to me, Rog, I would surely be in Supermax by now.

Protoclown Damn dude, I didn't know you STILL had horrible shit happen on your way back to Cali. And hell, if I'd known the shuttle was going to cost you $35, I would have given you the ride to Reagan Airport (although I have no idea where in the hell it is)...I figured the shuttle was part of the service that they were giving you for FREE since they fucked up!

Grislygus "Had such a thing happened to us, I'd be typing up this story from a prison cell after having killed my way off the plane."

I'm surprised none of them did. I would have been charging the plane doors after a few hours.

Oh don't worry, I was still able to wash the shampoo out of my hair... in the sink.
This had me in tears. Awesome article and too bad about the shitty time.

Well, Jet Blue might be losing $30 million over this, if it's any consolation.
Yep, we're waiting to hear back from them. They had better give us that full refund for the whole trip plus the extra tickets. Plus, before I use their airlines next, their CEO must cross that country, present himself before us, put his head between his legs, and kiss his own arse.

Chojin and man, their CEO looks like a dick.

NEW ARTICLE: "JET BLUES (our travel nightmare)"

Here's my big recap of our recent traveling nightmare to the East coast and back to the West. Just about everything that could go wrong DID go wrong.
