I'm not covered yet, so seeing a doctor is kind of out of the question. It's gotten a lot better, it's just sore. It looks a lot better, although it's a hole I could put a dime in. The meds are not expired, & him, & I are the same size, & build... Other wise I would have figured something else out. Also I have been keeping it clean, & disinfected. Don't worry about me Jean X. I'm doing good. The first few days I was worried, but it's been over a week, I'm not sick anymore, & it doesn't look gross... I'm not trying to be a tough guy, I'm just poor. If I do get sick again, or the hole gets bigger, I swear I'll see a doctor. After it heals a bit I'll post pictures... of the bite, I'll try to keep my junk out ... of the picture, not the wound., I keep my junk out of the wound anyway... Can you post a picture of a brown Recluse? |

You should have gone to the doctor. Are you sure the medication isn't expired and that you are taking the right dose? Is it getting better? I'd call the doctor if I were you just in case. |

No, I didn't go to the doctor. I was just violenltly ill for a few days, & lost some skin. It's like it rotted away. I just took what the doctor gave my brother when he got bit last summer on the heel. I have a heavaly wood yard, & someone gets bit by something at leaste once a year. We have tons of spiders, bats, oposums, rabbits, And all sorts of furry woodland creatures, no minx. We have tons of birds... |
