I don't lift weights, all the exercise I do is cardio and I have the womanly figure to prove it
I'm going to change this soon enough when I actually get access to some weights. In my current situation all I can really do that comes close to resistance exercise are pushups and
burpees. I wish like damn that I had a pull up bar
