Not quite... locally owned but, prolly the same. Except the owners gotta keep up with the Mc Jones'.
Whether I flip a burger or pumpkin seed crusted Red Snapper, I still gotta fuck around with temperatures that about 350 degrees Farenheit
But not many uppity teenagers work fine dining.... Uppity adults, yes. They're called culinary school grads and managers. I'm just too used to talking with the OWNERS of any business and getting the info from them.
