The belly dancing was learned from workout DVD sets and youtube lessons for the past 3 years.
The housecleaning part is easy. Ads on craigslist do alot. I got my first housecleaning job by looking for ads in craigslist. Most of it you can get paid under the table with so it's a good part time thing.
