KotOR uses D20 rules, BG uses Ad&d 2ED. rules, To Hit Armor Class Zero i.e. THAC0, no longer exisits... In 2ED. having a 0 was good, in D20 rules having a 20 is good...

I once wrote an artical for Dragon Magizine, they told me it was ok.
shortly after WOTC bought TSR. Durring this stransition Dragon Magizine wasn't printed, I know you think the next thing I'm going to say is when it did come out my artical was published... no, but it did end up in 3ed. Psionics handbook... pg. 112-113.
