No, dude, sXe is all about total abstinence. I found a straightedge message board with thousands of members, and the universal attitude was, if you let a drop of alcohol pass your lips or get too close to a smoking joint, you "break the edge," are no longer clean, and lose respect in the scene. They're self-righteous fascists who think they're superior because of this, but they condone violence against people who do use drugs and are not against racism, etc.
