Many years ago I moved to Iceland, & when I came back to the states I wore a large amount of vintage hawaiian shirts to poke fun at myself for being a "stupid ugly american". For sevral monts I wore these ugly shirts and made fun of Americans, and all things american. Everyone one saw that I was wearing Hawaiian shirts and would make referance to the lame ass show Hawaii Five -O, and say "Book'em Danno" I starting spelling it with the D with a line in it, and the O w/ a slash through it (which is really pronounced Thannoo), Shorthly there after I became a minister, & everyone called me Rev. Danno, or Rev. D.
My old, old nick name was A german form of my old stage name "Danny Sharp", I went by Daniel Spitzer, people really think it's my name... Some times I sign things Rev. Daniel B. Spitzer Jr. C.C. (certified chef)... Or Rev. Daniel C. O'blivion Jr. C.C.
My real name is very Irish/Hebrew...
