Well in California, the land of all things fair and just I believe that the policy is that if your under-18, something had to be partially your fault. We'll see how this works out.
And I don't see how all of you deal with snow. If we got snow here I think the population of California would drop by 50%, there are so many impatiant morons!! Viva NW.
