If you go to your local porn shop, you may stumble upon Sexual Jenga. I'm not sure what the object is other than the normal Jenga rules, but each piece has something sexual you have to do to the other person on it. I guess the pieces themselves could be used in a sexual manner. Who knows. *Shrugs*
