No, Babs, govt isn't supposed to cure all your ills. The goverment isn't your babysitter; if you don't buy insurance and then your house gets destroyed in a hurricane, well too dam bad. You knew what you were getting into when you moved to that area.
She thinks that the big government talk means that we should not have a goverment at all. But then she is a liberal, so there is no suprise there.
