That's pretty funny. Nintendo Power is the most biased magazine I've ever read. OPM is put out by the same publication as EGM, and their ratings are usually rather close. So they're not just kissing ass because they're a console-specific magazine. They rip into games and praise others.
I'm not saying that you should all listen to this review. I just figured that you guys MIGHT be interested in an opinion that provided information about the final product.
Rongi, I'd just buy the magazine instead of renting the game. For the same price of the rental, you get a demo of this and a handful of other games and more on the disc, and a nice new magazine to read when you're on the crapper.
Ninja, I know exactly what you're saying. My Splinter Cell disc was the only one I've ever had that happen to. I was pissed off as all hell, though, but at least it still played (for a while).
