Well, the "we're not sure what to expect" comment was basically a summary of them saying something about the game not being all that good from what they've seen, so they're really not sure what to expect when they get a final version. I'm just wording it wrong, because I can't remember specific quotes that would make it sound more negative.
The review is for the actual retail version of the game. OPM, as well as EGM, have policies that they won't review a game unless it is deemed the final version of the game that will be for sale by the company's who send them.
