Backing up FS's statement, my friend's college roommate somehow got his hands on tattoo equipment and would get drunk and give himself tattoos. One morning he woke up, and on his left calf, he had an upside down triangle with a few dots on it, and over the top of it, it said: "Time for pizza!"
I love the mental image of this person going through the thought process and the action of giving himself this tattoo.
