I could be wrong, but Kuwait couldn't reallly be keeping our intellgence and army inspectoirs from crawling all ovr this stuff. I have to think if there were anything that coould even be portrayed as related to WMD, tthere would have already been a massive press conference with bunting and planes skywritting the words "I told you so".
