I remember one time, me and my brother were taking turns playing through SMB3 (No whistles. Level by level). It wasn't so much that it was hard, but there was no way to save or anything, so you had to do it in one sitting. And some of the levels can be hard, and more can be harder when you're little.
Anyway, we were going to go out shopping with our mom, and I figured that meant to turn the game off. On World 8.
So I'm holding the power button in, while my brother's screaming at me not to turn it off. So he plays, while I hold the power button in. Letting go would turn the game off.
Finally, we put some tape over the button, and went out. We came back later, and lost to Bowser.
