That show was called STREET FROGS. Although Ghetto Frogs has a funny ring to it.

It also aired with this show KARATE CAT who was this fucking retard ninja cat who couldn't even cut through a block of wood.

But the other show was called TIGERSHARKS, all the characters had names that resembled ocean wildlife.

the leaders name was MAKO and his head grew a fin, and there was a chick whos head grew tentacles she was OCTAVIA, there were some other assholes and a fat dude who turned into a walrus.
