I advocate a world wide governmental treaty, but not an inherently "American" one. I just want to see a global currency and the end of all tariffs, likely immigration laws as well.
This just seems like neoconservatism at it's worst. Carry that big stick all you want, but if you use it, you're going to get splinters.
