I got some notes from a person who's seen this dude around. Apparently he's mentally disturbed, around 50 years old, and curled up in a shitty little hole of an apartment in New York. He has two or three distinct Internet personalities (all in contact with each other, often arguing amongst themselves and always posting from the same IP address) and each vehemently denies association with the others. Either that or he is on a shared connection with these people, which is highly unlikely (and he can't just be posting from the same Internet cafe that they do because he was arguing with me at 2 this morning).
So he's basically just a degenerate, worthless, psychotic, and harmless idiot.
