They fired Mr Perfect because he got in a fight with Brock Lesnar on a plane right back to the US. You NEVER challenge Brock, to ANYTHING. He will fucking eat you.

Anyway, Curt kept trying to instigate stuff, and Brock just kept pushing him down, trying not to make it escalated. Eventually Triple H got involved to break it up, and he got pushed into the emergency exit door.

There were other incidents, like X-Pac cutting off Michael Hayes' mullet while he slept, and Goldust getting drunk and singing love songs to his ex-wife, but Curt's situation was a serious endangerment to others.
