Back during WW2 Reconstruction, the Russians sent a request to the U.S. asking for some condoms. They asked for 13 inchers. The U.S. was confused, and asked for confirmation on the length. The Russians confirmed. The U.S. then shipped the Russians the Condoms, all in boxes marked small.

And thus, the Cold War started. All over Penis Envy. (I don't blame the Russian, all fucking cold, of course they going to have some problems. Same with Canadians.)
