Well i would suggest watching some really crappy anime that has absalutly no violence, nudity, or good jokes. Puts me to sleep in no time. Works good if you have a spastic imagination and your convinced that Bill Gates (who originaly was Waldo from the "Where's Waldo?" book sieries, but is now in disguies), Martha Stewert (leader of a cult of house wives and soccer moms), and the Crocidile Hunter (who having no brains, is a zombie) have henchmen who are out trying to kill me cuz... I KNOW THIER LITTLE SECRET! 8-)
