I'm guessing OAO wouldn't have any trouble with people literally buying votes. With the amount W has 'raised' so far, it shouldn't be a problem. Say, why have votes at all? Save taxes and just count how much money each candidate raises, The one with the most is the winner. What could be a fairer system than that?
