Make teh fake business cards, advertising yourself as a peadiatrician, and be all swauve and give her one, and say like "You gots the real nice footsie's, I'd like to give you a peadicure sometime, free of course" then ghive her the knowing wink and go "call me" then leave her to catch for the bus, then go home and wait by the phone neglecting everything else till she call's, she might even dial your number with here toes !
