This makes me laugh, because liveing in Ny my whole life, I have never once heard that you must not talk and fold your hands while riding in an elevator. I've seen people having sex in an elevator, hell ive seen people screwing on the side of the road, in parks, their cars, just like any other place. Yes, we have hookers, molesters, and people that will kill you for a dollar, or if you dont have a ciggarette for them. But I do belive Detroit is worse. Or what about LA, or Miami?
