Mpst males in the US are circumcised because some idiot doctors a few decades ago told everyone uncircumcised men were at risk of disease.
Oh, and yes, uncircumcised wangers are more sensitive because circumcised ones develop thicker skin over the head to protect it from irritation, which the foreskin normally does.
