They have the fundamental right to marry. Guaranteed by case law. Look up the case
Loving v. Virginia. It struck down miscegenation laws which prevented people from marrying others of a different color. In the opinion they find that marriage is a fundamental right of citizenship which the gov't can't deny. Perhaps YOU should think carefully before YOU flap your gums.
