you need to turn it into a .gif
to turn it into a .gif you need a program
there are hundreds of freeware or shareware programes to make into a .gif and i cannot reccomend one because i use a illicit copy of JASC Animation Studio :/
try searching for ".gif animation program" or something on google :/
