I'm playing Morrowind and I had to get debt money from some lady at the Rat in the Pot. Well it turns out her brother had it and he was killed in Mallipi near Gnaar Mok so off I go to Mallipi. I get there, kill these two bad ladies and I try to find the money but all I see is 2 chest with locks to high for me to pick.
