What the hell is wrong with people?

We had something similar to that happen at work a few years back. The cameras were set up and it turned out to be the cleaning crew that came in. Not that we don't have idiots that would do that simply for shits and giggles but it was getting really out of hand and needed to be stopped.

We even witnessed one of the cleaning crew jizzing in an opened soap dispenser bag and then sealing it back up before he put it in the canister.
