I did that with duke nukem 3d once. I installed it and took it back to office depot. They just took it and i got to keep the game cuz the disk wasnt required to play! Plus it came with the old side scroller DN's too. Pretty sweet.
On the subject of Wal-Mart, they can all just go to the endless pit of hell. My local 24 hr Super K-Mart recentlly closed and then wal-mart just became the haven for low prices and dirty mea-he-cans fighting over 2 fer 1 thomas' bagles. I CAN'T EVEN FRIGGN UNDERSTAND THE DAMN CHECKER! AAAHHHHHH LEARN ENGLISH!
