Because drawing well is not something you switch on and off. It developes.
Also, why are you all badgering me oh so maturely just because I expressed my opinion on a drawing I didn't think was excellent and stated my problems with it? Because I can't draw? Use your brains, you don't need to draw well to be able to help people draw, all you need is have proper knowledge of what it's supposed to look like. That drawing in Trigger's thread didn't look like all those anatomy issues were intentional. Also, my drawings' proportions are good. They're not perfect, because I'm trying to get them to be, but they're easily passable for real life.
