Flying Shark Vs. Flying Crocodile

I think that the shark is at a disadvantage in the air because he has no legs and all, but if he manages to take the fight to the water, and damage croc's wings, he would win for sure. Plus the shark has some spikes on his head. He could just ram croc's belly and have a nice intestine dinner.
But the crocodile does have claws.....

And if the shark gets grounded over land (....) he couldn't move much and would surely be defeated.

But since the surface of the earth is more water than land, my money is on Flying Shark.
