Help on name of this toy?

Hmm I don't think so. I think the first post was kind of confusing or misleading, they weren't really skateboards. They were just monsters and different characters on top of platforms which happened to have wheels. I'm sure someone hear as seen these before? Two specific characters I can think of are one guy which giant hands and one guy with an axe...
