Actually it took me a moment to get your joke which is a sad statement about the state of my brain.

One and only as usual is stupid. The customer service I get from the private sector is just as bad, frequently worse and more of my bills have to do with them. I was able to fix it in only a couple of hours. YTry doing that with your credit rating some time. Oh, wait, you don't have to worry about your credit rating becuase you're a ten year old.
