Did anybody besides me watch the discovery "Animal Face-Off"?
Oh man, it was good.
The scientists did virtually nothing, and all they really "tested" was the strength of the shark and croc's bites... which while it is a big factor in such a "battle" there are multitudes of other intangibles that the scientists and experts hardly even touched on. All they did was build to giant robotic heads.
The best part by far, was that there was a saltwater croc expert and a shark expert, and the two of them talked smack to each other throughout the whole show. Before commercial breaks they would have the two of them leaning over a table, right in each other's faces, saying shit like:
Croc expert: "sharks have been found in the bellies of crocodiles."
Shark expert: "Not a great white... i can guarantee that."
Croc expert: "No, not a great white, but it proves that crocodiles are tested against sharks."
Then the shark expert would look all sad and say something like:
"I hope you don't think the crocodiles armor is going to protect it... the bite of great white shark can saw right through a giant sea turtle."
