You might think I'm a moron, but I think the reason that the UN is not pursuing the Korean thing with more vigor is because the U.S. is not "overtly" pushing it very hard. We have been pushing those powers in the region to take more of a role.
It is being handled, but just not in such public view. Different situations call for different responses.
Without U.S. leadership the UN is inept.
