SHIT in games
In some lame robocop pc game you apparently disarm a nuke at some point. I never got it to run, so I just watched the FMV's.
if you fail at any point without dying robocop is whisked away to some tower where he says "shit" before a nuke blows him to hell.
thats a bit off topic, so lets go back.
I can understand the gradual loosening of censorship, but the fact of the matter is if you're an american you're likely to see more censorship. bills that would raise M rated games above fat gamers pudgy reaches, ID checks that will foil any counterstrike 14 year olds plans, as well as some people who want these games pulled straight off the shelf. Of course I'm lazy, and likely will not petition against these restrictions. I am slightly above the M rating hurdle, and unlike most gamers I have the ability to jump without hitting the space key. all out removal of games does frighten me, but then I realize games like BMX XXX may stop being released.
I'm more concerned with the gradual loosening of quality. standards have gone so low that cd protection prevents legitimate owners from playing their games, wheras it takes about 3 seconds for someone to find the crack directory on the pirated release.
Complete lacks of plot, clipping errors out the ass, graphics that induce nausea, and the hell that is discount gaming.
I can understand your questions about fuck in videogames,
but shouldn't we be worried about the SHIT in videogames first?
