Well given the 'election' will be right around when i'm receiving my 'bar results' and hopefully will have 'passed' and be a full fledged 'attorney', and hoping I have a 'job' which permits me to give 'legal advice' outside of those whom i'm assigned to (If I'm working for the PD you would have to commit a crime in LA county and be indigent and get the luck of the lotto to get me, otherwise no) then yes.
