It's very scary indeed. Remember when (it wasn't too long ago) we had leaders who understood the danger of nuclear weapons and nuclear stockpiling? Well, at least in only his first term Bush has managed to undo the work of Presidents Eisenhower, Kennedy, Carter, and Clinton. If he gets re-elected he better step it up because he still has to a lot more work to un-do (hopefully he'll start with that annoying Bill of Rights).
