Canadian freak. South of your barren Arctic wasteland, people graduate when they're 18.
Actually, she's going to be an 18 year old junior. She's not the brightest bulb, and she got held back a year somewhere in elementary school. She's actually still less mature than her classmates who are all a year younger.
