Actually I just went in this week with a freind of mine who suspected she was pregnant. When she was examined and the fetal heartbeat was heard, it changed a lot of things for her (and me too, oddly enough). It turns out she's farther along than she thought she was and she's going to keep the baby.

She has a great support network around her and is continuing her course. One day at a time, I suppose.

I hope your friend has a good a support team around her. It's a tough choice and one helluva responsibility. Good luck to her.
