Jixby - you sound exactly like Rog. That's really scary if you eat like he does. It will cause health problems but at least you're concerned about it.
He thinks everything is gross except plain hamburger fries or plain cheese pizza. He hates all fruits except bananas and won't eat vegetables. He thinks lettuce smells bad and makes him want to throw up.
I don't think there's anything else for you to do to be healthier without changing your diet (but you should exercise of course). You could take some vitamins if you are like him and are worried about ending up with some weirdo deficency. But there are probably a lot of things lacking in your diet like fiber and omega3.
If the list of what you actually will eat is so small - you just make a list of that. And then do a little research into what you should be eating. Eat whatever it is on your list that is best as often as you can - like Rog eats bananas all the time. Do the best you can- really you should do something.
