Just be her friend you retard. If she breaks up with the guy chances are she'll want some "alone time." This may or may not be a bullshit excuse. But, either way, I say just try and hang out with her, flirt with her, and then after a couple months when the tension becomes unbearable, kill yourself. Oh wait, no, just tell her how you feel after that. I find the best way to get a woman into a relationship that is serious is to prove you actually want her friendship as well.
