I have a legal question for Punkgrrlie.

If you get arrested for possession after a cavity search uncovers heroin-filled condoms found up your ass, and you clearly had no idea it was there, is it better to plead not guilty or insanity when the trial comes around?

Also, if you kill a hooker, do you think it's OK to state your defense as being it's only murder if the victim has a soul, which hookers don't have?

And finally, if I covered myself in brown shoe polish and wore an afro wig and FUBU clothes, would I be able to play the race card effectively?
