I couldn't help myself, and I read a report about the graphic novel for Spider-Man 2.

LAST FUCKING WARNING:

Harry discovers the Green Goblin suit, and will most likely become the Green or Hobgoblin. This could end up meaning that HE is the villain in Spider-Man 3, or he will share that spotlight with Venom, if that storyline goes through.
