If you can get a finger in her you can tell. you can normally get one finger in her with no discomfert. Once you start getting two in there is should get a little tighter and really uncomfterble for the girl.
At least in my experince thats how it is. Most of the time you wont see a Hymen (ive never seen one) so you would really have no way of telling until your inside.
