Lvl 17 SOLUTION:

Put the splitter right in front of the laser. Place a mirror in right laser. You should have 2 bulbs lit. Place the double-mirror in the center-square, keeping with the laser on the same row as the lowest bomb. following the laser up place another mirror in the second space (be careful placing this one, if you just drop it first without adjusting it yo will hit the bomb) Also place another mirror in the second space to the left of the double-mirror (this will prevent you from hitting the bomb later.) Now place the refractor at the end of the laser, and two more mirrors inside this little enclave.

level 20 is a friggin mess. I'm running out of patience on this one.
