for someone who's seen enough cezanne, what you just did was way cool.
you actually managed to make it look like he would, which is everything falling out of its place. the wine bottle looks about to tip over, the fruit about to fall off the table (classic, btw).

still lives, to me, are numb and boring, but i just appreciated the knack with which that was done.
